The description of the Services and any Goods is set out in our Website, catalogues, brochures or other forms of advertisement. In the case of Services and any Goods made to your special requirements, it lies upon you to ensure that any information or specification you provide is accurate. We can make changes to the Services which are necessary to comply with any applicable law or safety requirement. Bathroom-wall-panels reserves the right to change the product images and specification at any time without any prior notice.

Product Disclaimer

All our products displayed on the website are in stock manufactured at our UK warehouse, ready for an immediate dispatch as you finish placing your order. There can be a colour and pattern contrast between different dimensions of our panels bearing the same name. An ample quantity of panels for the area to be covered should be obtained in one shipment, to ensure that all panels supplied are from the same batch (date of manufacture). Variation in pattern and/or shade can transpire during the fabricating process, so we inordinately commence to ensure you’re fully aware of that.

Disposal

The description of the Services and any Goods on our website does not constitute a contractual offer to sell the Services or Goods. When an order has been submitted on the website, we can reject it for any reason, although we will try to tell you the reason without delay. Each step allows you to check and amend any errors before submitting the order. It is your responsibility to check that you have used the ordering process correctly.

Return Policy

From the time of getting the receipt of your purchased product you can give yourself a time of 10 days to determine whether it is fitting for you or not. If you decide on not to keep it for any reason, you can post it back to us. However, you would be represented with a partial refund or exchange only. Moreover, the cost for remitting and sending an item back to us would also be completely your liability. Please make sure in case of returning all the items which you purchased should not be blemished or defective.

Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds and Exchanges are processed within 14 working days considering from the date of receipt of the returned item. Again to remind you to must attach a returns note along with the item being returned back to us. The cost of the exchange would be completely your responsibility. Any refund amount would be compensated partially. In case of receiving a damaged or faulty product, or something not what you ordered would still be given a partial refund. Exchange delivery cost would remain the same as of the original delivery charges.

Conformity

We have a legal duty to supply the Goods in conformity and will not have conformed if it does not meet the obligation of satisfactory quality and be reasonably fit for any particular purpose for which you buy the Goods. We will supply the Services with practicable expertise and care. We will immediately, or within a reasonable time, give you the benefit of the free guarantee given by our manufacturers. This guarantee will take effect at the time the Goods are delivered, and will not reduce your legal rights. Anything you take into account is subject to anything that qualified it and was said or written to you by us or on behalf of us on the same occasion.

Cancellations

You can withdraw the Order by telling us before the item is dispatched via email, mentioning the relevant account name, address and the order number, if you simply wish to change your mind and without giving us a reason, and without incurring any liability. To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this by a clear statement setting out your decision. We must not begin the supply of a service before the end of the cancellation period unless you have made an express request for the service. We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you. Bathroom-Wall-Panels reserves right to decline the order in case of any internal or software problem to save you any inconvenience.

Privacy

Bathroom-Wall-Panels is censorious to your privacy. We acclaim your privacy and abide by the General Data Protection Regulation with regard to your personal information. These specifications should be read alongside, and are in addition to our policies, including our privacy policy. We are a Data Controller of the Personal Data we process in providing the Services and Goods to you and in this process of accumulating and utilizing the data, we will comply with our obligations imposed by the Data Protection Laws.

Jurisdiction

We do not exclude liability for any fraudulent act or omission caused by negligence. Subject to this, we are not liable for loss which was not reasonably foreseeable to both parties at the time when the purchase was made. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England. Disputes can be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and or, where the customer lives in (eg.Scotland or Northern Ireland). We try to avoid any dispute, so we deal with complaints if any. We will aim to respond with an appropriate solution within 7 working days.

Without our prior allowance all the materials like images and logos are owned by Bathroom-Wall-Panels or their suppliers and are subject to the copyright. Unless you are officially permitted by Bathroom-Wall-Panels, you are not allowed to copy, republish, download or alter any of the content published on this website. You must not copy, post or transmit material from this site or forward it to the third party. As we can accept your order and make a legally enforceable agreement without further reference to you, you must read these terms and conditions to make sure that they are comprised of all that you desire and nothing that you are not happy with.
